If the Wizards see someone in the draft that they want to go after (as in move up in the draft) or another team want to get into the draft (the Wizards have 4 picks, hard to see them keep all), Nick can be used as bait. Who knows?? As much is I hate to say it, you are right about Nick. He has been given chances and nothing has come of it. So in closing I think he will be traded this summer. (if the Wizards can get someone to bit on taking Stevenson off their hands Nick won't be that hard). Also I do think Foye is worth the qualifying offer of 5 million.
