Couldn't close out then but we would have figured it out. Early on we were up late in a lot of games. Back then we gave away leads, now we chase. We were up 14 vs Mil, 9 vs Houson, 8 vs ATL, 11 vs NJ, gave away 1 vs the Knicks, etc. Yeah, we were 1-10 but it was different. We missed Gil down the stretch of those games because with a guy like that, you put it in his hands the last few minutes & let him create / keep you in it. We would have eventually figured it out better than we since have under Tapscott. He's "interim" & that's useless. We can still get it together relatively speaking. Crit’s not ready…

Every other guard is shoot first (some are shoot only). Juan might be trying, but he doesn't have the instincts or the handle to be true point guard. But our biggest ball stopper is Butler. He's pressing because he's competitive (like Kobe 2.0 - the current Kobe is 3.0) Love the Juan 1.0 & 2.0 analogies & they are correct. Shows he's coachable & can adapt. Lets hope James can at some point as well. We just need steady point production some way some how from the guard position.
