Nick Young “Second Chance Season”
Tonight at 10:30pm, ESPN2 will be airing Second Chance Season which is a documentary about Nick Young’s career in high school. I have yet to see the film but I have heard great things about it and plan on watching tonight. The documentary goes through Nick’s life in dealing with the death of his brother and how he overcame that and eventually earned a scholarship at USC before making it to the NBA with the Wizards.

I saw part of the doc a few months ago. It was rather intriguing to see basically a day to day account of the difficulties he faced to get to college. Good film!

It was good. It seemed a bit slow to start, but it got pretty interesting. I really enjoyed learning about his family struggles. Now I want to see Nick do well.

my girlfriend being nicks number 1 fan and im a huge fan of nicks, i def stayed up to watch. i thought it would just be like a 30 minute thing instead of its 1 hour and 30 min documentary. i got so hooked into seeing what nick went through before he joined the wizards family. i enjoyed it alot and really hopes nick does well in the NBA especially when he plays for us! It was cool seeing him carry a team and draining threes with a hand in his face like it was nothing, doing his usually drive and pull up shot, his crazy layups around the basket, catching alley oops left and right. i was proud of nick at the hard work he did to get into USC despite of what has happened in his past. If your a Wizards/Nick Young fan, i def encourage you to watch it whenever it comes back on. Go Nick!

The documentary last night only gave me more reasons to cheer on Nick Young. Very powerful documentary to see how much he has gone through to make it here.

It is hard after watching that not to be a fan and cheer for Nick Young, Nick have a fantastic and healthy season
