Butler Meets with the Media
Hey everyone, Caron just spoke with the media. Basically he said he sees himself coming back sooner rather than later, however, there is no timetable for his comeback and he will need to go through a couple of practices without feeling discomfort in order to come back. I will have quotes coming from him soon.
On the Gilbert front, Coach Jordan said Gilbert didn’t look as good as he did a couple of days ago but said that was mostly due to the fact that Gilbert was learning new defensive schemes and reads, and wasn’t playing as instinctual as he did a couple days ago.

IF we can get him back on the floor with no pain 100% i am for it but if not we need to let him rest or do what ever an get back next year… its not like its you thats out on the floor and if you get hurt no big deal… he has a job and to make sure he can do it in the future he needs to be 100%.. IMO Caron is our best player we need him but we dont need him at any cost

Its too bad the these guys have not been able to compete for a full season, we were hit hard last year in the playoffs and now we are back again wondering what if. It is difficult to watch this team loose games that they should win and could win if they were full strength, and we have seen this team win some big games without two all stars. My respect goes to Antwan for playing his game and keeping this team together through this. I hope for a complete recovery for both CB and GA.
