JAMISON QUESTIONABLE FOR SATURDAY’S SCRIMMAGE
|
Wizards forward Antawn Jamison missed last night’s practice after sustaining a bruised right shin. He is listed as questionable for tomorrow’s open scrimmage.
The Wizards completed their final practice Friday afternoon in the training camp and will hold an open intra-squad scrimmage at 5:00 pm on Saturday at the Siegel Center inside the campus of Virginia Commonwealth University.
The team will come back to Verizon Center for two more practices Sunday and Monday before they travel to Cleveland after Monday’s practice as they prepare their first preseason game against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday at 7:00 pm.

Hadn’t heard that WizSkins. He practiced today with the team in their final practice of camp. Buck didn’t say anything about him hurting his ankle during his blogs, so, I don’t know if I’d put much stock in it. At least I hope not. After all, Buck was right there.

yeah buck is a eagle he would have caught that for sure i think it was a precaution because of the season coming up and his main focus this off season was to rest up because last year he played with the U.S. team an was broke down by the time the season got started

WizDom and LilGil…… thank you for the articles. NOT exactly what I was hoping for, but, thank you anyway lol.
Did anyone know Roger Mason Jr. turned down a 3 year “guaranteed” contract with the Spurs to sign a one year deal with us? WOW. I’ve turned into an immediate Roger Mason Jr. FAN!

I’m not too worried about Antawn — in a way, given that he knows the offense/defense and how to show up, it’s good if it gives the young guys more court time.
