Here is his daily workout menu:

  • Run on the track in a local high school – 1 hour
  • Bicycle back to the Verizon Center (30 minutes)
  • Run Stairs (12 minutes)
  • Floor – Shooting and Dribbling drills – (1- 1 ½ hours)
  • Weight Room (35 minutes)
  • Rehab on the Knees (45 minutes)
