Run on the track in a local high school – 1 hour
Bicycle back to the Verizon Center (30 minutes)
Run Stairs (12 minutes)
Floor – Shooting and Dribbling drills – (1- 1 ½ hours)
Weight Room (35 minutes)
Rehab on the Knees (45 minutes)
