I would guess the city 50 million loan helped cover alot of cost also but this is Washington DC and we deserve the best money can buy! I would like to applaud the Washington Wizards organization and the DC City Council for getting it done! I can't wait to see the improvements live October 9 when my Wizards play Zalgiris . Lets Go WizardsSSSSSSSSS!
