I wish we had played this good a defense throughout the season. We wouldn't be playing Cleveland. It shows we can do it if motivated. We gave them few open jump shots. I wonder if other teams play so much better defense in the playoffs.

Forget Butler for this year. What you sees is what you gets.

We have to be cautious with the Caron Butler situation. Just because he's taking off his cast doesn't mean he can play basketball (or even dribble a basketball with his right hand for that matter). If the Wizards can shock the Cavaliers and move to the second round, I still see Caron coming back around Game 3 at best. Another thing with Caron has to do with his level of performance (which has been great all year before the injury). Realistically, I can't see how Caron can miss nearly a month of basketball and jump back into his All-Star mode. And we as fans shouldn't think too much of Caron being the savior.

I personally want to see Caron suit up at least one more time this season. He's an energy guy and I can tell that he's hurting inside just sitting there on the bench being a verbal cheerleader. That's not his style.

There hasn't been a game yet since the Arenas injury where the 4 scoring options now (Jamison, Hayes, Daniels, and Stevenson) ALL play well during the same game (DS2 didn't shoot well yesterday). I feel only when that happens can the Wizards beat the Cavaliers.
